I led on the launch of Genie AI on Product Hunt, which involved video editing, graphic design, email marketing and social media strategy. On the launch day, colleagues supported with the outreach, and we secured the Product Of The Day on 26th October 2023, third on Product Of The Week and was featured in the Best of October 2023 on Product Hunt.
This was an initiative I proactively led on as I knew being present at the first ever UK AI Safety Summit events would put Genie AI in a fantastic position as thought leaders. I researched and contacted several government agencies to acquire as many details as possible. The two founders attended three different events during the week, and an invite was also extended to me for the AI Innovation Dinner.
I was the lead Account Manager for Evonik Personal Care, where I was responsible for creating social media content based on new formulations. I used whitepapers and brochures to create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, and also supported with event coverage.
To celebrate the social media milestone, I planned, recorded, edited and scheduled a TikTok style social media video with various team members at Evonik Animal Nutrition. The team were thrilled with the final result, and the video performed well on LinkedIn.
During my time at Garnett Keeler, I was tasked with improving the social media strategy and content output of Asset Alliance Group. I developed a working relationship with the team and was able to increase content from twice a week to 6 days a week, and significantly increased social interactions and following.
WWE Superstar, AJ Lee, set herself the target of being the first woman in over a decade to have a specific WWE shirt. With my help, I interacted with her fanbase on Twitter, going as far as to say I would make a clothing line in her name if WWE didn't. Two weeks later, the Love Bites shirt became available on WWEShop. This was the catalyst for other women to voice their desire to have specialised merchandise.
I attended Wrestlemania 40 with the intent of making engaging content around WWE World. In four days, my videos and content on TikTok, X and Instagram reached over 2 million views, and I interacted with Chief Content Officer, Paul Levesque, during the week. My content helped other attendees understand an event where very few details were given and I was recognised for my content.
Wanting to explore a different niche, I started making TikTok content of the 2023 series of Strictly Come Dancing. My combined views on videos was more than 10 million and I grew from 0 to 9000 followers in 10 weeks. I gained confidence and experience on camera in this time. I continue to make unique content for the upcoming season, including hosting TikTok LIVES and a new series called Strictly Reacts. A podcast is set to launch in late July 2024.
After running her official fansite for 5 years, former WWE Superstar, Melina Perez, asked me to develop her official website. We devised a content strategy and I designed, coded and maintained Melina's website and content. I also supported Melina with her social media strategy, and temporarily supported her with event bookings in the UK.
To promote the upcoming release of "Scooby Doo's WrestleMania Mystery", I was asked by Warner Bros Studio to run a competition on the newly launched John Cena fansite. Over 400 entries were submitted, with users being added to an email list for Warner Bros. As a thank you for this, I was invited to the movie premiere in New Orleans during Wrestlemania Week.
